Welcome to the Bupa Medical Visa Services online booking system.
Here you can make a Visa Medical Assessment booking for yourself, your family members or on behalf of others.
To make a booking you will need a HAP ID, a valid passport (or a passport that has expired less than 2 years before the date of your appointment) and a valid credit, debit or prepaid card to make payment.
If you cannot locate your HAP ID or do not have a valid passport, you will need to contact your migration agent (if applicable) or the Department of Home Affairs for further information.

If you have an appointment that you are unable to attend, it is very important that you cancel or change your booking as soon as possible through our online booking system.
You can cancel or change your appointment by selecting Modify/Cancel Booking or by calling the Contact Centre on 1300 794 919. You will require the HAP ID you used to make the appointment to make changes to a booking.
